Order Acceptance and Pricing

All orders are subject to product availability, verification of the information provided, and successful completion or confirmation of the selected payment method.

And More reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in the event of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected misuse or fraud, or inability to contact the customer to confirm the order.

The customer may be required to provide additional information to verify the order, including their address, telephone number, or other contact information.

Products may not be purchased in commercial quantities for resale without prior approval from And More.

Although And More makes reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are accurate, errors may occur. In the event of an obvious pricing or product information error, And More may cancel the order, notify the customer, and refund any amount collected for the cancelled order.

Exchange and Return Policy

Without prejudice to the provisions of the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law and the applicable regulations in the State of Kuwait, customers may request an exchange or return and receive a refund within 14 days from the purchase date stated on the invoice.

To qualify for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must remain in its original condition and must not have been used or operated in a manner that affects its condition or value.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging or box, together with all accessories, manuals, gifts, and accompanying parts.
3. The original packaging, box, protective seals, or security labels must not have been opened, damaged, or removed in a manner that affects the condition of the product or prevents it from being resold in its original condition.
4. The customer must provide the invoice, order number, or another valid proof of purchase.
5. The product must not have been damaged, broken, misused, or improperly stored after delivery.

Opening the packaging shall not prevent the customer from exercising their legal rights where opening was necessary to inspect the product, or where the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications or the order.

Certain products may be subject to a shorter exchange or return period due to their nature and in accordance with applicable laws and decisions issued by the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry. These products may include jewellery, watches, eyewear, evening and wedding clothing, clothing that comes into direct contact with the body, and perfumes. The applicable exchange or return period for such products may be limited to 24 hours, subject to the conditions stated on the purchase invoice.

Used products, or products whose original condition has been altered by the customer, will not be accepted for return or exchange. This does not affect the customer’s legal rights in cases involving manufacturing defects or products that do not conform to the agreed specifications.

All returned products shall be inspected before final approval of the exchange or refund.

Once a return is approved, the product value shall be refunded through the original payment method whenever possible, or through another method agreed upon with the customer.

Where the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect product, or a product that does not match the order, And More shall arrange the exchange or refund in accordance with applicable law without charging the customer unjustified additional costs.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the website and application, including the trade name, trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, designs, software, and databases, are owned by And More or its authorised licensors.

No part of the website or application may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, or distributed without prior written permission, except for personal use permitted by law.

Suspension or Termination of Use

And More may suspend or terminate a user’s account or access to the website and application if the user violates these Terms and Conditions, misuses the services, or engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised activity.

Following termination, the user must stop using the services. Termination shall not affect any rights, obligations, completed orders, or outstanding payments arising before the termination date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the State of Kuwait.

Any complaint or dispute should first be addressed amicably by contacting And More customer service. Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent authorities and courts in the State of Kuwait.
